Effective date: 16 October 2026. These Terms govern use of the Bliss Rank AI website and, when available, its Chrome extension and related services (the “Service”). Bliss Rank AI is operated under the trading name KudosCart. The operator is applying as an individual and business registration has not yet been completed. Further required identity and address details must be finalized before paid services begin.

1. What the Service does

Bliss Rank AI offers software-assisted website, SEO, AEO and quality audits. Reports are informational and do not guarantee rankings, traffic, search-engine inclusion or business results. Features and availability may change.

2. Authorized use

Only scan websites that you own or are authorized to assess. You must comply with applicable law, website terms and reasonable usage limits. Do not misuse the Service to disrupt websites, circumvent security or collect unauthorized data.

3. Accounts and availability

Some functionality may require an account in future. You are responsible for maintaining account security. We may suspend access for abuse, security risks or violations of these Terms.

4. Plans and payment

The free plan has no subscription charge. Pro and Agency tiers shown on the website are proposals marked Coming Soon and are not presently sold. If paid services launch, final prices, taxes, billing cycle, renewal terms and cancellation options will be disclosed before purchase. No automatic charge is authorized merely by visiting this website.

5. Intellectual property

Bliss Rank AI branding and software are owned or licensed by the Service operator. You retain rights to your own website content. You may use reports for legitimate internal or client work, subject to applicable law.

6. Accuracy and limitation

Audits can contain omissions or false positives and should be independently verified before changes are made. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer rights.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. For questions, disputes or service issues, use the Contact page. Applicable consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
